Caitlyn, Ezreal, and Varus all need early HP buffs.

These three have below 500 starting HP, which basically guarantees that they're at a disadvantage in the early laning phase, even against champions that they should be even or ahead of.

Heck, even Vayne has 515 HP to start with, and considering she scales much better than these three, I think it's only right for them to at least get +15 to +20 HP each.
