Are Tanks the new Meta?

Since Cinderhulk - I've seen a considerable amount of tanks, not only in the jungle, but everywhere in general take hold of the new meta. You're starting to see champions like and hog up top lane again along with not only going jungle but taking back mid lane. and AP are ruling jungle as we speak. What's your take on the new meta?

tanks are def. picked far more often than usual

tanks that can farm well. like sej, gragas. But its mostly the right team comp. and since the right team comp will usually be comprised of a strong front line thats why tanks will always be in some form meta.
