Strongly feel that black cleaver is overtuned. Could use some reasonable nerfs.

This is just for starters. 12 stacks and given the melee/ranged treatment. Build up 2 stacks for melee source and 1 for ranged.

I don't care for it being as powerful as it currently is. It's rivaling triforce as the best ad item in the game and at a lower cost.

I greatly feel its one of the reasons jayce/graves/lucian are all overpowered atm. It's basically an item that says lets start an unfair fight.

For an item that allows you to shred 30% of the enemys total armor along with Ad, CDR, mobility and health. It seems way too good as a solo item. I would also argue that because of the frequency of its purchase it's very easily invalidating other item build paths and playstyles. No other playstyle lets you do this and frankly it's been the strongest for a while now.
