You know it's funny when you talk so much about counterplay and stuff, but still Annie wich should be the first to be looked at in this regard, is allowed to go around and kill you in 1 combo with no possibility of counter play at all.

Point and click stun, insane burst damage.

Most Annie in midlane i see nowdays don't even build mana or cdr, they jsut go Luden's Echo + Rabadon, because they knwo that with thos 2 items they oneshot anyone.

So my question still remain, why is this allowed? i don't even see a Rioter talk about Annie at all, i think it's a pretty big problem

Run away when you see she has a stun. Sure she can have the stun ALMOST ready and quickly click W R, but I think you can see the stacks if you click on her.

that's not the point, you cant counterplay a flash tibbers, ofc i know how to play against her, but that doesn't mean that she is healthy champion, i belive she is not healthy at all

You cant counterplay any flash point and click. You cant counterplay a lot of things in this game. Riot is fine with that as they have stated. Annie being unhealthy is a problem but until they turn her into a completely new champion dont expect changes.

I was thinking Annie could be reworked into a puppet master like Azir and also gain different skills when Tibbers is summoned. Cause she is so boring as is and no counter play. So her new abilities would be channeled through Tibbers and she can summon Tibbers like every 10 seconds. And her stun would be removed from her passive, have less aoe and integrated conditionally into 1 ability.
