I barely see any point of why taking a point in this rune instead of a free Stopwatch or early sustain with Biscuits. I tried doing it as Soraka Support, I have not once use a single click of it.
redniwediS1 votesHonestly all that rune needs is the ability to channel it while moving. If it gets that it should be a useful option, and might even need a nerf to cooldown.
Kivolan1 votesUmm, what? Hextech flash is extremely overpowered on several engage champions. I'd rather see it go entirely, honestly, as it makes playing against these three utterly terrible.
