Can we stop making so many champions proc Sheen already?

Now even Jungle Fiddlesticks gets to proc the Sheen passive from the new Runeglaive item. This is just getting ridiculous. Are we also about to see changes to the Warrior enchantments as well by giving it a passive like the other 3 enchantments does?

Uh... How do you propose stopping this? Removing Auto Attacks from champions?

i dont think fiddles would be buying the new item.

its rather that the same ap champions who are building a sheen item right now, would build this to jungle.

dont think fiddles, but eve and elise.

It's a replacement for the Magus jungle item, they HAVE to buy it anyway. Unless they're dumb enough to not go Smite jungle or buy the Devourer enchantment instead.

It still gives AP and CDR and some benefit on occasion. He'll still buy it.

Or Tank Fiddle will come back. I really doubt this will hurt him at all.

I think Fiddle will buy this definitely. The mana sustain it gives is enough for him to want it. However, I disagree that every champion wants a Sheen. Its just there is now 4 different versions of it that are for AD, Tank, and AP users.

Also is it a problem a decent bit of champions use a form of Spellblade? Why?

What i like, is the idea of buying Lich's, Runeglaive, AND Iceborn. Lich's damage on single target, Runeglaive damage on AoE, and Iceborn's slow AoE. All on one hit. And it makes a fun build for an Archangel Staff too. Add a Luden's, a Rod of Ages or an Abyssal Scepter to the mix, and you're good to go. Hell, any AP item would work at that point.

I'm saying this might work because currently Lich's and Iceborn's damages don't stack, Lich's takes priority, but the AoE slow of Iceborn still procs. Assuming that's the case, i think it's safe to assume Runeglaive's AoE damage (excluding the main target who'd get hit by Lich's higher damage) would also proc since it's a different effect.

In Lich's and Trinity's procs, i'm not sure but i think whichever one is strongest applies to the single target. I do know both can't apply at the same time.

*Edit: Not sure it'd work because i just counted it out, Seraphs, Runeglaive, Lich's, Iceborn's and Ages together would give at most around 380 AP. That's pretty low, even if the procs would be sweet. Could always take a Rabadons i guess?
