Why is that? there are other more mobile champs than her that can stomp others more efficiently.

p.s not saying she is not strong, her laning phase is good but her positioning in this meta in team fights and how many other champs that can get to her with ease makes her not as viable. she is more of an all in champ which if she doesn't come out on top then she is dead and so is your team.
