Our Community Is Hated
The title says everything, so many people are super rude and troll in this game... It's atrocious. What are we going to do about it other than ban and punish people?

I personally believe of lot of this hate for the community comes from players that blow one or two bad games out of proportion. I experience a significant amount more fun games with cool people than bad ones.

the community as a whole punishes and reports people who complain about trolls more so then the actual trolls themselves in fact i seen where the enemy team enjoys the trolling so much they report every1 but the troll and it resulted in one of them being chat restricted
the tribunal system doesnt work as intended and is highly abused
Honestly honor system is overused EVEN NOW, I've seen many players getting honored simply because they won the game, while they weren't actually teamwork or helpful, sometimes even rude. And that's under the circumstance which honors doesn't really give benefits. The most valuable honor right now, I'd say is honorable opponent. Anyway, I can image people intentionally making fake honors if it actually gives prize or any other benefits.
That being said, I like your attitude of thinking more of positive side than negative side.

League of Legends is very friendly and quaint in comparison.
