How many shields does ryze need?

i mean... is it even reasonable for this dude to have his shield from his skills, then rotate in a locket, then rotate another skill shield, then rotate angels shield then rotate another skill shield in while throwing out massive hits, and being already highly durable?

Im not saying its op, but like... there comes a point where when you have to chew through more or less 3-4 health bars for a mage with a hard CC, it becomes a little bullshit
