Something needs to be done about brand support...

Brand is a pick/ban champ right now, and all because of when he goes support. It is ridiculous when the support can out damage the adc the entire laning phase. If built right, he can poke the adc out of lane without going oom, all on his own, while his adc is just farming away. And if you try to do anything about it, he just stuns you and walk away. I understand that riot can't just nerf him into oblivion becuase he is still, at the core, a mid laner. But something needs to be done to get him out of bot lane. Q does about 120 after passive is done W does about 140 after passive is done E does about 120 after passive is done Most adcs have 480-550 hp at lvl 1. And not many people below plat ranking know how to lane swap effectively. Brand is worse than a good yas/zed in silver, and it is just ridiculous.
