caitlyn passive attack speed debuff reverted?

With marksman update caitlyn received 90% benefit from attack speed, and was listed in her passive's tooltip. It is no longer listed, and it "feels" removed, but was it actually removed and I missed it in patch notes? Or did riot remove it and not tell us? Or am I just imagining it?

Any reds want to take a glance at this? I can't seem to find the answer anywhere and I love playing Cait, so the knowledge on the matter would be greatly appreciated.
