If Janna were to ever to be reworked . . .

What would you want to keep ? What would you want addressed? Is there something you would like to see removed from her kit ? Is there something you would like added ?

I'm just curious on what people actually think is Janna 's main issue. Are her amazing disengages to easy? Is she a too strong lane bully? Should have a more diverse identity than just ˝Queen of Disengage˝ ? Or is that the perfect fit? Is her CC to accessible?

I know she actually has a pretty high skillcap, but at least make her skillfloor not underground.

We can start off with how sorta powerful her shield is, for example. Instead of giving straight up AD, it can probably give some other stat so playing against her as an enchanter doesn't feel like a game of statchecks, and it wouldn't be so strong that it doubles as a "sustain" lane.

I love her speedy nature, and I love her anti engage. Those are two things that I would like to keep.

Thing is their really is no fixing Janna without removing an ability. For when you add skill expression to a champion you have to increase the reward when the skill is accomplished. So you added skill expression to her, youd have to at the same time buff the abilities she has.

Honestly the only way to fix Janna would be to completely remove one or two of her abilities while replacing them with something weaker. while at the same time buffing what she keeps.

You could probably "fix" janna by making her Q (that's the straight-line knockup, right?) function a lot like Sion's Q.

For those not in the know, Sion's Q has upto a 2 second charge time and a stun which is always .25 seconds longer than the charge. However, in order to stun, Sion must charge for at least 1 second. This means that 'quick' Q's only apply light damage and a brief, miniscule slow.

Applying this to Janna's Q would be a good step towards balancing her. Her immediate hard CC peel - which can be shot through the carry - combined with her other hard CC peel, large slow, and shield is.. A bit much. Making her Q require charge time to knock up, and otherwise just applying light damage and a brief, light slow, would give her skill expression while also reigning in her power.

Janna's main issue is that she not only have a lot of tools for disengaging (see her title: Queen of Disengage), but it can be also used as engage as well.

The duality of her kit does not really sit well with many players as a result.

Passive: It's fine.

Q: Skillshot knockup. Fine for it being easily dodged.

W: Has a Ghost effect, making her easily weave through minion waves to harass. If used, it locks an enemy down in a pretty high slow % for 2 seconds, giving your allies enough time to catch up to further abuse them or run away safely. I would probably look into the slow percentage and switch it to: 15/20/25/30/35% instead. Probably even look at how her bonus MS numbers if needed.

E: The problematic ability. Not only does it shield allies or towers, it also provides bonus AD worth up to 1300 gold for your ADC, which is enough to turn the tide on a fight. I would remove the bonus AD and give it a different effect instead. Perhaps a shield that reflects X% of damage received back to person in true damage, as long as shield is still up.

R: Eh, her signature move and relies on skill to use at the most optimal time or else you might have ended up screwing over your team.

IF they rework her she probablly gonna end up like EVERY rework now, with dashes, mobility, and be broken even more
