Janna's main issue is that she not only have a lot of tools for disengaging (see her title: Queen of Disengage), but it can be also used as engage as well.
The duality of her kit does not really sit well with many players as a result.
Passive: It's fine.
Q: Skillshot knockup. Fine for it being easily dodged.
W: Has a Ghost effect, making her easily weave through minion waves to harass. If used, it locks an enemy down in a pretty high slow % for 2 seconds, giving your allies enough time to catch up to further abuse them or run away safely. I would probably look into the slow percentage and switch it to: 15/20/25/30/35% instead. Probably even look at how her bonus MS numbers if needed.
E: The problematic ability. Not only does it shield allies or towers, it also provides bonus AD worth up to 1300 gold for your ADC, which is enough to turn the tide on a fight. I would remove the bonus AD and give it a different effect instead. Perhaps a shield that reflects X% of damage received back to person in true damage, as long as shield is still up.
R: Eh, her signature move and relies on skill to use at the most optimal time or else you might have ended up screwing over your team.
