There needs to be a way to report people outside of the game, because there is no way in hell that the reporting system they currently have in place is actually working. I get reported at least twice a day, despite playing well and doing my role, and I have not had a ban and probably will never have one. Despite this small fact, I feel as though this has negative implications because despite getting reported people get away with it almost every time, because not enough people report or the other team enjoys getting fed and giving us an ass whooping. I just think that in a massively popular online game there would be a more efficient reporting/ban system in place. Also there is no where to report people outside the game, so if your post-game gets closed randomly for no reason, you have no way to report the player that trolled the whole game and fed the enemy team. Please look into a feature for your website where I can report the trolls and feeders who manage to get away with ridiculous atrocities and despite this being "just a game" I don't like spending an hour being messed around by some pmsing kid whos daddy didn't buy him the new toy he wanted, so he decides to come raging into my ranked game. With around 9/10 games being filled with spasticating idiots I feel like your tribunal system is completely ineffectual.
