is there some kind pop up that tells people to troll when they are on my team?

i had a game earlier with a master yi support. kid fed his ass off, figured he was a troll. look at his match history, the game before he went 5/5/17 leona, the game after my game with him he went 1/5/26 with tk... literally 0 troll games as far as i could tell except for the game he played with me. its not the first time something like that has happened, wont be the last. so is there somekind of in game message that tells you to troll a certain player? and for the record i said nothing in the lobby, and neither did anyone else except the usual chat, nothing tilting, nothing to piss anyone off.
