supports with no sighstone should be reportable offense

Lux supports seem to do this 80 percent of the time. I feel you.

Depends on the situation though... sometimes is better or get both.

It totally depends on the situation, sometimes I would go , and for vision , instead of if I am against a Twitch for instance.

So you tell me that supports should be reported if they don't do their job (buy sightstone), so can I report my adc if he can't cs? my jungler if he doesn't gang? My team if we have no tank or all are AD? NO!!!
