Can we PLEASE have Team Builder back?

I loved Team Builder because it allowed me to do the following: -Play a specific champion in a specific role if that was all I felt like doing and I didn't mind waiting for a team that would allow it. -Group with a few friends to play our favored roles, waiting for randoms to fill the missing slots. -Try unusual compositions with friends and allow the random players the choice of trying something new or searching for a more traditional comp. -Bypass a lot of the BM that you get from Blindpick and Draft (including New Draft).

Riot's stated reason for removing Team Builder was that New Draft accomplished the same goals, but while New Draft is vastly preferable to Blindpick (which is a cesspool, let's be honest), it doesn't offer me a single thing that I liked from Team Builder.

One could make the argument that it took up extra server space, but now Dominion is gone, too. What are all the servers being used for? And if that's really an issue, why don't we replace goddamn Blindpick with Team Builder?
