Can we make luden's work with gangplank? i feel like it would make him fun to play as AP

Well Ludens should work with GPs passive, as it deals magic damage (for example Brands passive triggers ludens, or Fizz passive %hp)
The curse of abilities that are treated as auto-attacks for the purpose of applying on-hit effects: They're treated as auto-attacks for the purposes of spell effects like Spell Vamp, Rylie's, Liandry's, and and Luden's.

It would be really nice for it to work with Parrrley. You probably already know, but it does happen to proc from his Cannon Barrage. Makes for some pretty nasty global presence :3

Parrrrly for all intents and purposes is an auto attack. It doesn't slow if you have Rylias either.
Ezreal's Q is a spell that scales with his damage stat, and applies on hit effects.
