evelyn and crit

Evelyn's change to her ravage is interesting and i've noticed something

her ravage CAN crit but does not get the crit bonus it will still only do the flat damage displayed in the tool-tip so if it says its does 200 damage it will only do 200 damage even if the numbers show it was a crit (is this a bug or is this intended i ask because why give the text the crit text if it doesn't actually apply)

also if people are gonna say sometimes her second swipe crits for higher damage that is incorrect what happens is her auto attack gets reset after the first swipe so the second swipe will commonly also include an auto attack at the same time if you do it enough times you will sometimes see she hits 3 times twice for the ability and once as a normal melee and other times the second swipe will just include the damage from the normal attack because they are done at the same exact time
