ashe buff maybe?
Ashe has potential in the current meta she is similar to jinx having a really strong late game but lacks personal peel and is immobile basically i would love to see a MS increase to her base stat it would make a huge difference

I think her kit is just fine, i've been playing her recently. The only thing that ABSOLUTELY needs a buff is her passive. It's honestly terrible, you get to use it once before backing, otherwise you are missing tons of cs waiting for you're focus to build. If they buff or change the passive entirely I'd venture to guess that the rest of her kit will be just fine.
