The only nerf i think leblanc needs

Make her chains less sticky i cannot believe how many times flashing away from her chain while already at a pretty far distance does not disconnect karma's chain is pretty similar but isn't nearly as sticky.

in my most recent game i got chained at about max range and i flashed and the chain was STILL on me are you kidding me this has to be a bug or is just something that needs to be nerfed.

If karma chains you and even slightly goes out of range it usually disconnects but leblancs sticks to you

this is a bit of a rant but i seriously think this is something about her kit that should at least be looked at
