Are Runes Balanced? Why do some runes cost more than others?

Does it's price determine how good the rune is compared to the others? isnt that rune imbalance?

Respectively: No and No.

Most of the good runes are very cheap while a lot of the more expensive runes are either very niche or simply not worth buying in the first place.

Beacuse Runes are a completely terrible system that have absolutely no place in this game and should be permanently removed asap.

because you are saying the most expensive runes are not worth buying, and that the cheap ones are the best ones, with that logic, Riot would be stupid to make bad runes the most expensive while making the best runes the cheapest.... you need more education kid

A person probably shouldn't be telling others that they "need more education" when they can't even use the word "logic" or punctuate a sentence correctly.
