I believe the utility that Bard gets with chimes passive should come with fewer chimes

At 145 chimes bards gets his full utility kits which I believe is to much. In order for him to get that amount he need be playing for more than an hour, which most game dont last that long. Keep in mind 2 chimes spawn every 50 seconds except for the second and third spawn which only spawns one chime. On top of that the way his chime passive works is that every 5 chimes he gets something new or update to his passive after 145 chimes he will get damage buff for every 5 chimes. It will go like this: Utility buff damage buff utility buff damage buff utility buff Because of that pathway it is definitely going to take more than an hour to get his full Utility kit.

My advice to make his pathway go like: Utility buff damage buff Utility buff utility buff damage buff utility buff Damage buff utility buff utility buff damage buff That way he should get his fully utility kit in less than an hour and with fewer chimes and everything after that will be damage buff.
