Why doesnt akali have per target cool down on her ult

Title. Yas and rek have per target cooldowns why does akali get to dash on you you flash away and she dashes on you again and kills you

She was already nerfed hard enough 6.22, why keep complaining about akali. her dash (R) does 50 damage. it couldnt kill you even if you were in a wheelchair, like darius, why does he get a pull and a aoe heal? like if she didnt have dashes, she couldnt stay on anyone. Thats how she is designed.

and here is the problem with this game. their are 100+ champions but only a handful are actually played by most people.

the 1 time someone plays a different/under-played champion and wrecks the other team cause they other team doesnt know how to play against said champion, they come on the boards and cry about the champion being op.

Akali already has one of the lowest winrates in the game and people still complain about her smh

Akali's entire kit is built around dashing on people multiple times. Yasuo's and Rek'Sai's kits are not build around using E and W on the same champ multiple times. If Akali had a per-target cooldown on her ult, they would have to give her lots of power in other areas of her kit.
