Step 1) Replace Blind Pick with Blind Draft so people will never have to see AP Backcapping Shaco again.
Step 2) Replace Draft Pick with URF Dominion, because URF Dominion is fun. URF has always fit better on Dominion to begin with since it does a much better job of being a hilarious clusterufck of a map.

Bots are like hobos.
They congregate in places where people are less likely to bother them.
Having more players in Dominion would result in a reduction in bots.
Or Riot could just bring back custom game IP/XP. Then they would go there instead of ruining actual games.
