Why can Darius be like this?

If you're a melee top laner vs Darius? You lose every 1v1 unless you're like Yorick or Jax or something. You're forced to stay under turret or you'll get combo'd. Combine that with bleed and your health is GONE. Even if you 1v2 the Darius he might pull it off with his Noxian might and 12% heal per champ with Q. If you're ranged top laner vs Darius? Yeah, you can poke him all you want. You'll force him out of lane maybe twice. However, if you get just the tiniest bit too close? PULL AUTO W Q and you're half health. Not to mention that if you can't get away from him at this moment, you die. He's unbeatable in lane. I get that he's supposed to be a lane bully, but he has maybe 2 or 3 counters at most.

Aatrox Fiora Illaoi Irelia Jax Nautilus Olaf Pantheon Renekton Riven Rumble Shen all have favorable matchups against him, and that isn't even taking into account his ranged counters

I'm not saying he's not oppressive, I just don't think he's as immune to counters as you think

Maybe they could adjust the heal to be better vs more champs. His sustain is pretty strong in solo aspect, but when there more than one, he has some issues. That and the bleed duration should go down (but not the marking thing).

Another question: why is he allowed to have 50+ winrate even against his counters while still stomping everyone he counters with 60+? It's supposed to be 40-60, not 50-60.

Well the 50% likely deals with the fact some of his counters are not really favorable or are weak in the meta currently.

That'd be a nice thought, but it's not just this meta. It's an ongoing trend for several years now. I check every so often when I wanna make a point about a class with the concept of being able to take on 2-3 people alone being batshit crazy in a PvP game.

Not against his top 3 worst counters, no. But his pool of counters is a hell of a lot smaller than other champions'. Thanks to the fact some champions who should beat him in a fair fight lose just due to his stats and the fact his supposed weaknesses only exist against particular matchups.

Well he is a lane bully Almost insta win lanes but outside of lane? he is pretty meh , he needs reverting his buffs and gets some ms when he actives w like Garen q , this will help him outside of lane , and will laning against him less BS

Sooooooo wrong my dude. Dar has many counters and lots of counterplay. Even tanks who he counters tend to become better teamfights. Late game champs like jax or fuora can beat him in lane with ease if they are good, and if you push as Darius too much, you are almost guaranteed to get ganked and killed. Irelia is close to 50-50 matchup, vayne top laners are the most toxic matchups ever and completely ruin my day. Quin and jayce also own me and champs like aatrox and tryn can beat me sometimes fairly easily. Mundo wins almost automatically post 6, especially if he plays safe and farms until then, which most of them do. Heck, I've even been rekt by top lane nocturne with almost nothing I could do to duel the dude. Urgot is a safe pick and even Sion can play safe and farm up/wait for ganks. The truth is that you probably just hate fighting him and don't want to admit that you just need to until and play better. Every champ can be frustrating to play against. I can think of far more oppressive champs overall right now, such as graves, zed, kassadin, fizz, Lucian, kaisai, etc

I just want to know why he gets a free Lord Dominik's from leveling his E, or rather why they felt the need to buff it to 35% even though he already has Conqueror.

I mean, it's gotten to the point where he just buys Trinity Force because he has no need for Black Cleaver's armor shred anymore.
