Not to mention softspeed caps diminish the actual benefit of having high percentile movement speed bonuses. Like how Zilean's E got nerfed extremely hard during his rework.
La9wa1 votesYou speak as if 600 AP was weird for AP lulu, yeah maybe because I've seen +900 AP in certain competitive games @LCK. So it's worse. It doesn't matter if you don't get the whole benefit when it's on you for 5sec and off for 3sec. At least Zilean's E doesn't go over 2.5secs.

it's not like Zilean can't just chain two of them at the same time making two of your teammates be stupid fast while lounging bombs and reviving people or just massively slow 2 enemies or speed up one while slowing down another.
