Hurry up and nerf Sivir

Sivir is a champion that has been a contested first pick in competitive since the season started, she's also enjoying a top 5 winrate in soloQ even though she's being played a lot: a +52% winrate with over 1M games/month is no joke.

These have always been enough reasons to nerf or even gut a champion so why is she getting special treatment? Because she became popular without receiving any buffs? Lissandra and Morgana were in the same position and received nerfs, as well as many others. Because the adc itemization is in her favour? Many champions get nerfed when items are buffed/strong items are introduced.

It also feels as if they are trying to keep her popular to justify her getting the victorious/championships skin because let's be serious, we've seen her so much this year no other champion can beat her in getting those skins.

Do your job please, nerfing tons of champions and ignoring others feels really disgusting. There is literally no legit excuse for why she didn't get nerfed a long time ago. We are talking about over 6 months of high popularity, not a fotm champion.

Just because champion x got the treatment doesn't mean champ y will have the same thing happen.

Sivir WAS nerfed recently; her ultimate's stronger speed boost lost duration. If she continues to be strong she likely will be nerfed again.

The only thing I'd like to see is a mana cost put back on spellshield. It's stupid that she's still completely safe and immune to pretty much all initiation despite having no mana and that trying to catch her is just an opportunity for her to get mana to fight back with.

Spell shield is usually the last item maxed on Sivir. Even though it has no mana cost it isn't op or anything. It requires quick reaction timing to actually be effective and its cooldown and around 22 seconds. She isn't immune to initiation.
