Veigars cage should freeze enemies who pass through like viktors stun does.

viktors stun, when it hits 3 stacks instantly freezes the enemy, even if they are trying to dash through it will instantly stop you. i think veigars stun should work the same way, where when you touch one of the circles it freezes you on it instead of letting you go the entire distance.
