Ashe's passive used to be bugged, and I think it worked better when it was.

A long time ago, when they changed Ashe's passive to what it is currently, for the first 2 patches, it was bugged. how was it bugged? after not attacking for 3 seconds, she gained all the focus that she would have gotten during those 3 seconds.

So it worked like this. Let's say you gain 4 focus/sec after 3 seconds of not attacking. It used to instantly give you 12 focus after the 3 seconds were up and then give you 4/sec each second after like it does now.

this made the passive perfect. you already have the answer on how to fix her passive and it was already in the game but no one noticed because she wasn't popular anymore and no one even cared :(
