Can we just agree that Riven is not balanced?
No this is not a QQ or Delete Riven thread. All I want is for everyone to admit Riven is NOT balanced. The last nerfs were so minor and not even existent that people will barely even remember Rivens ult used to fire super fast.
There are 4 possible ways to actually nerf Riven.
Nerf damage.
Nerf mobility.
Nerf shield strength.
Nerf Cooldowns.
I am completely fine with Riven being able to fly across 2 screens, have 2 hard CC's and a shield. But not in the condition that she is right now. There is basically no downside to Riven unless she is 100% massively behind. Lets actually do something to make this champion healthy please. And I know that that it is super hard to Nerf a recourceless champion without making them horrible but Riven just has TOO much right now.
