So, which champs counter Garen right now?
This is not a bitching and crying "waaahhh Garen OP" thread (even though he is, but anyway), but are there any champs that can make games against him not so sad for my team?

I'd like to get some clarification on why players think Garen is OP. Not only did they remove that bug that made him deal tons of damage while being a tank, they also reduced his Q MS by a bit. Other than that he's kind of the same as before outside of some more E damage and his new passive, which if you have it on you it's easy to know what you're getting into. He looks the same as he always was to me. Was he always a sleeper OP reliable pick? Because I'm sure the reason he wasn't picked in the past was because he was unreliable and didn't have hard CC. I was shocked to find that players are still banning this guy.
Champs that can stun him at the same time he silences you can do good; it lets you dictate a fight a little better since he doesn't get to E you immediately while you're silenced. Pick characters that can cheese a trade like Pantheon, Renekton Rumble and Vladimir. Those champions are radical.
None, really.
You can either beat him in lane, or farm it out and play a champ that's going to ruin his teamfight.
Garen wants to hit the villian. Prevent him from doing this and you're helping.
