I was away for a while, so this might be an old and tired discussion. But WTF happened to Veigar, why did they make his stun... not a stun? Does riot realize that they deleted his utility? He may as well not have a 3rd spell. And for any of you that think it's not bad please explain to me how to use it properly now that it's counter is... walking.

It was bad enough that DFG is gone, which was his go to.
