To Veigar or not to Veigar?

That is the question.

I've been a Veigar fan since S1, I feel he had a very fun Niche in the game that entire time. Now I think they want him to be more of a poking type mage, to be honest I don't really know what they're going for with him. Whatever they want him to be it is failing, it makes little difference that he can farm AP faster now when his damage output has been reduced by 1/3 to 2/3 because he has no utility. Let's face it, his kit is broken, if they will not allow him to have his stun then change the rest of him to make up for it!

he's the nasus of mid-lane doesnt have any kill potential in lane anymore cuz of stun but in skirmishes, you can always QR someone, no stun needed but it helps in team fights, you might actually stun someone and just R their carries

Honestly, his lane phase is now utter crap now. That said, his lategame seems to come sooner now, so honestly I'm doing better with him now than I did in the past three seasons.

He really needs some kind of rework. AND a visual update. Final Boss Veigar should not count as a VU

Yea, hes only passable now cause the tank meta facilitates his safety during teamfights. Dueling potential is absolute crap, aside from when his ult can delete the APC who hasn't built a drop of mr and went full on AP. Unfortunately, since he's passable atm, he won't be changed till the meta shifts and he no longer gets the peel he needs to function.
