For real it's not working, when you need a stun you don't get one and when you don't need a stun you get it. Why is this a Skill shot when it's the lack of skill of your opponent that you depend on? Make his W have the radius of his E so it's a guaranteed hit, or just remove Event horizon and replace it with a dancing unicorn that does no damage but is fun to look at. At least we'll have something to watch while our opponents beat us to death from inside the circle of no stunning.

Azure, no offense but you aren't even level 30. When you play against more skilled opponents you will realize just how easily bullied he is. He has no presence whatsoever, with only 2 of his 4 abilities having any real use during laning phase. Even trapping your opponent in the stun has little use, as they can still dodge the dark matter AND retaliate against you.

It's easy to say "if you're skilled you can get 2 ap per q cast," but given how badly he can get zoned, it can be difficult to get q farm at all (let alone micromanage the minion HP enough to get double-q last hits).

As a Veigar main, I'm just gonna say this. As Veigar is now, he's in a perfect state. His Q, being a skillshot that can hit up to 2 obstacles is much more useful than it's simple point and click version. If you're skilled, you can hit and take out 2 minions, or hit a minion and do damage to an enemy champion during the farming phase to harass them. The lowered cost of the skill also helps in this.

Next, we talk about his W. His W is indeed hard to land, but, to compensate, it does lots of damage. To make that a point and click skill would be to make it broken. His W can also be used as a harass tool, because it does so much damage, you can turn the tide of a team fight by throwing it down on top of an enemy. It has it's uses, and people really don't know how to use it.

Now, his E, his Stun. This skill in it's current state is perfectly fine. So you're going to miss it a couple of times, but that really doesn't matter, because throwing it down when it comes down instantly and without warning was unfair to the opponent, or yourself if you've played against Veigar. You can't be throwing it around all willy-nilly. It's more of a situational skill that you have to think about using. It's useful for either escaping an enemy, giving your team the edge in team fights, and of course, bursting the ever living crap out of them with your Evil Magics.

His R, Primordial Burst. Well, it's still fine. It can still melt the enemy.

If you're having trouble figuring this all out for yourself, perhaps you should instead find a new main. Same goes to all the other whiny bitches complaining about Veigar being gutted. Veigar

Make his W have the radius of his E so it's a guaranteed hit

then dmg got halved, both base and ratio.
