Galio is half a tank Swain is either OK, or in need of a full rework, not an update, depending on who you ask. Xerath and Ziggs are fine, we're just not in a poke/siege meta Karthus is fine at being Karthus. He's at the level of needing number tweaks if anything. Syndra might be a candidate... maybe Ori is still professionally viable Veigar is fine, and there are limits of what can be done to him without fundamentally altering him in bad ways.

Swain is fine, imo. Kassadin still sees some play, The rest are just immobile mid laners, which doesn't fit well into the meta.

They are touching Veigar very lightly apparently. Swain is gonna get a full VGU, same with Gallo, Syndra might get changes (not too sure, thought I read it somewhere) dk about the others, I bet mostly small stat changes at best
