If Riot refuses to nerf Banner/Baroned minions, who does a better job than Rift Herald...

Then nerf simply by removing its Magic Damage immunity & replace it with a 50% Magic Damage reduction, in order to at least improve AP champions' wave clearing when that one cannon minion shoots it from afar.

I can tell that it is in Riot's nature to avoid pulling off balances like this, which is why a simple nerf instead of the whole Baron buff revert is possible. I'm pretty sure when it comes to crazy & unthinkable balances like this, we can only assume Riot will plan to revert it after the Season ends.
