So my friend just started and hes into assasins. Im looking for a low ip easy to play one but I don't know who that would be.

This depends on if your friend wants to actually be an 'assassin' and zoom all over the place, or if you can just be happy with YAY, TIBBERS!

Because if the focus of the enjoyment is just deleting somebody from the game, Annie's only 450 IP.

I would say master yi. talon and LB after him. assassins can be really difficult and be really frustrating to play but if your friend insists on assassins then I recommend these champs in that order.

her skill ceiling is ENORMOUS but her skill floor is not too bad. point and click Q, w that is almost impossible to miss and E is a skill shot that can be used after the gap closing w so you are casting it at almost zero range. overall it is a very reliable and powerful combo. but I'm not really ana assassin player because they are hard to play and often end up being useless later on in the game even if they get super fed early on.

master yi and talon are much more straight forward.

Akali learn to stay not bronze without any mechanics necessary, other than not dying in the laning phase. XinZhao learn to be a man. Pantheon the staple of having no finesse while making it look like your opponent is inting.

no assasin is low skill, cause every assasin requires good decision making in team fights.

But mechanicaly speaking, akali is one of the easy assasins.

Id say Kat is WAY more easier than Akali.

Like literally 90%~ of champions, easy to play, hard to master. (But Kat isnt based on mechanical skill .. except ward hops?? But experience as you said)

To be honest kat has to be extra carefull when to go in as compared to akali.

If akali goes in and is unable to kill her target she still has spellvamp/ more dashes / invisibility .

Kata is punished harder for bad engages (but is also rewarded more)

Well kat also uses no resources. ik ik, Energy is an easy source to manage most of the time.

But its the worst feeling to go in as Akali and suddenly boom no energy lmao.

But when you are new, and you are learning, just learn when to go in or not, and you are gucci [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

Zed requires 0 skill to play, even a braindead monkey with no arms can play him and be good. just build pure damage, cast shadow and throw shuriken till you are 6, ult 2 aa and escape. only he is not cheap.
