He really isnt that strong , but people find him "annoying" cause his q blind and shrooms around the map, tend to tilt people to the point where they give up and dont want to play anymore.
basically his dps and being able to kite people with his dot and his million of shrooms from all over the map .
but i hardly ever lose to a teemo so idk

and he's annoying... his laugh his dps his global presence on shrooms his safe laning phase post-6 with shrooms his counter to auto attack reliant champions (Q) his tiny demon yordle face

he does exceptionally well against people dependent on auto attacks.
its just his kit, its nothing fancy really.
