Problems with Season 6

In short, there is too much damage being dealt and crowd control is too cataclysmic. Take pantheon for example. He is not very strong if he is not fed, but the moment he gets a kill he can just jump you and kill you instantly. You can not strategically poke him down, the only way to kill him is if an ally cc's him for a second while you jump him and kill him in one second instead.

There is no more harass or strategic poking patterns in lane, to whittle down your opponent before you all in. Even roaming to gank mid feels pointless half the time because it is either a zed, ahri, yasuo, lux etc. Late game all it takes is a nami-bubble and you are dead. Team fights last for 5 seconds. Rift Herald is only a tool to aid the team that's already ahead, and dragon feels like it is never contested. If the stronger team gets there first, they will always get it.

In bot lane, if you get snared by morgana or pulled by blitz that is an instant death. In what world is that supposed to be fun. In previous seasons, if I wanted to win a game I knew I had to keep my lane warded at all times, focus on trading with my enemy efficiently while farming well, and just being a good player in general. In season 6, if I want to win a game I just have to pick kog'maw or malphite.

Taking Rift Herald, Dragon, getting kills, and farming well should be small steps to getting an advantage and winning the game. Currently, winning that game just does not feel like a success it just feels inevitable based on our champions. I used to play Lee Sin top lane almost exclusively. Right now he is in such a weak spot that it feels impossible. So I have just been playing Kog'maw ADC and Xin Zhao jungle and my combined win/loss with just those champions is 32/14. My games with Lee Sin (jungle, top lane is impossible now) is currently 38/39 which is just sickening to me.

Right now losing feels inevitable with Lee Sin once you hit late game, and it is just sickening that i have over 1000 total games with Lee Sin but I am struggling to get a 50% win rate this season with him while I have a 73% win rate with Kog'maw. This current meta does not let me play my favorite champions - this current meta does not let me have fun.

PS: Please do not just look at "lee sin" and down vote. I think every one should be able to play their favorite champion and have the time they put in reflect how they perform in game. A 1000-timer Maokai should not lose to a first-timer rageblade xin zhao.

I was afraid I would get this kind of back lash for using Lee Sin as my example but please understand the point I am trying to make.

It sucks that you're getting shafted with your main, but you have to understand that he's annoying to fight and is always popular. He can shut down alot of junglers early, and can do pretty much anything because he has both utility and damage. Only Lee Sin mains like Lee Sin. The rest of your points are pretty valid though.

I hate Leblanc, but I still think that a Leblanc player with 1000 games should be able to beat my Kog'maw that has 14 games.
