RED CURSOR BUG
My cursor will turn red randomly and not allow me to attack, anyone know why?

that is not a bug that is auto-attack champions only ... It happens when you toggle auto-attack right click and it attacks only champions ... kogma and Kalista most use that since they have huge attack speed and other champions if they what to attack champion instead of creep ( so they dont misclick )
