Runeterra is... lackluster

Honest opinion on it, its fun for the first 4-6 hours, after that it gets repetitive and boring. "Competitive" isnt even competitive when you lose no LP on a loss. Nearly all game are 100% based on what cards you get the first 3 rounds. I had 6 games in a row where I got nothing but 5+ cost cards in my deck for the first 5 rounds, and my deck is a poro deck ffs (poros cost 1/3/4/6), and the 5s were random stuff that boosts the poros damage. Its very RNG, already lost my fun in it.

So... what you are telling me is that your poor deck building skills are the problem here? Also it's in beta for a reason you know?

Learn to deck build with a mana curve. This is a fundamental component of every single resource-based card game.

Don't want your early hands filled with 5-cost cards? Don't put 10 in your deck.

I mean hell, it isn't even like Magic where you need to get lands in your opener and throughout the game. You literally just need to build with a curve with a lot of early plays and a couple late-game bombs/2-for-1s.

Sounds like you just don't enjoy card games lol, hearthstone and mtg both have this happen frequently

that's why nearly every good deck in card games has like 3 to 4 high cost cards at best and a lot of draw unless you are using a mechanic that lets you play cards for free.
