@Meddler: For the Annie rework consider this:
I hope to speak for many of the players out here for what i'm am going to say about Annie in her current state, and i think we can agree that she need quite the update (gameplay wise)
What we don't like:
- Being bursted 100-0 without counter moves
- Instant Tibber popping out of nowhere with no indicators or anything (and Tibbers itself quite sucks)
- Binary playstyle
- Useless E (jsut spam it to charge stacks)
- Being an assassin more then a mage
What we like:
- Burst close range mage
- Charging stacks for stun ... and that's it... unfortunatly. if your think about it only these 2 things are really core to annie. That's fine, let's move on to the actual rework:
Passive: Same as live
Q: Will do more damage then W in comparison and this will be the "single target burst move", will refund half mana for killing minions, and will have bit more CD,
W: the cone ability will have a bit larger range and will do overall less damage then Q, cost less mana and be a little bit more spammable (this will become the "charge stacks" fast spell)
E: Similar to live, but much less spammable and has to feel powerful, when you have it you shouldn't die so easly, and big return damage.
R: Tibbers get physically thrown (like in the cinematic). Listen here: Take as an example Bard R. Much fatser travel time for the projectile tho, just those 0.5 second to be able to say "i can do something". To compensate Tibbers is much mroe larger (meaning the zone of damage and stun is much bigger). Tibbers AI should be improved: Whiel you can cotnrol him like you normally would, he should focus and the champion you are attacking, or the nearest one if not possible. he SHould be also a bit faster and be a very hard pain to deal with for the enemy.
That's what i would do honestly
