Ranked should be premade team only

I don't know why solo ranked queue even exists. It just doesn't make any sense. It's just so basic and it's common sense I cannot believe its still in effect. How do you expect to work in a perfectly coordinated team with RANDOM STRANGERS ONLINE? Whose skill level you don't know, whose faces you never seen, whose voice you have never heard? Like what?

I mean you don't form a sports team with random people do you? You get a team together, you learn each others strengths and weaknesses then you move forward improving together. Hell even the best LoL pro players don't pair themselves with random people to complete. They find teammates and they practice all day working on strategy/coordination/teamwork before going in a tournament. You don't see Faker going into World Finals with random people do you? Now I'm not saying you cannot coordinate with random people, all I'm saying is you need a "group" of people and foster your skills together with that group in order to elevate yourself to a better ranking. Like take WoW for example. They force their player base to complete in teams in arena. So you need to find a partner(s) and test each others skills/comp before going into the arena. Sometimes you have to play with people you don't know or have an idea of their skill but you are still with the same group rather than a different group each time. Also most people on WoW tend to work with their teams over voice enabled applications like skype/ventrilo/curse that's because you NEED it. I mean you cannot coordinate a team with pings/messages alone. It just doesn't work, its not fast enough. It's so basic I cannot grasp why the concept of voice enabled application has not been discussed on here...And also the other obvious reason, it will prevent trolls/ragers/afkers/flamers. None of that will exist if ranked was with people you trust and have a bond with and know because you will just get kicked out of the team if you behave inappropriately, that simple.

And it would make sense for the "community" as apparently that's a big thing Riot loves to focus on. Improving quality of the community and getting them to work together. Because it will force people who play alone or just don't have enough friends online/at the same time to look for players through forums/boards/channels thus fostering more community development.

Now I know the Riot fanboys will immediately jump on this and say "oh that's not true I'm master one and I played solo its so easy, you are just not good you need to try harder and practice more etc etc." But unless you dedicate your life to this game 24/7 365 like some 12 yr old Asian kid with no responsibility and hoards of time, that is most likely not gonna happen. It doesn't mean you suck at the game, I've seen premades of bronze players destroy high elo solo queue players easily because they played better as a group. Take a look at dynamic queue, the higher elo solo players were complaining like babies because the low elo premades were destroying them because at the end of the day no matter how good you are individually, you cannot win unless your team is good. This game is based on teamwork/coordination NOT skill. That's why majority of the players are in the silver/bronze bracket because they are use to playing based on individual skill and don't realize that its all teamwork and they have too many time constraints to play hundreds if not thousands of games to get to higher elo by individually hyper carrying games/or trying to coordinate the team with pings/messages which strains them even further and they just give up or take a break then come back a few patches later and the landscape of the entire game has changed...

The only reason I see solo queue still being in effect is because it allows players to play ranked games faster and more conveniently, earning the sense of accomplishment as they play more and it motivates the player when they win or even when they lose since it makes them try harder so they continue to play thus the addiction continues and thus Riot makes more money. Kinda like a casino where you go in and win a little and you get motivated to continue just to lose it all but then come back to gain it back just to lose again...
