OP SONA EU/NA VS SONA KOREA/CHINA

i see a lot of posts those days about sona and lulu about being broken and very strong. so, i searched in multiple accounts of european , american and korean and chinese people. EU-NA : FULL ap/magic pen. runes + masteries for damage. korea-china : actuall support runes + masteries

So, if you play vs an ap sona of course she will deal damage.. what ap champion wouldn't ? no matter the position

You're clearly listening to the wrong people, if that's the impression you took away. Sona is actually a troll champ, players consistently get flamed and reported for intentional feeding when attempting to pick her:
