Nocturne Passive;

So I just tried Nocturne out for the first time in bots, yesterday. Boy oh boy, what an interesting champion, easily able to hit 300 AD with a single AD item. So I was looking through his abilities, seeing their ratios, and I then investigated his passive. Okay, so it's a heal. The ratios are exactly what you'd expect, and of course, they scale off the only logical thing for Nocturne that follows his build path, and benefits from it too! GOD DAMNED ABILITY POWER

I mean, of course. What else could it possibly be? And not only does it scale off AP, it's barely even got a ratio to it. Nice one. Reminds me of Miss Fortune's ult dealing magic damage based off her AD and physical damage based off her AP.
