1.every season riot tries its best to make some changes to reach a PEAK of active games for their annual statistics,this season's peak was in the begining of the season. 2.the next change was halfing the exp to reach lvl 30 so that they increase the active PLAYERBASE. solo queue can not be released this season because it has nothing to offer to riot games,it will probably be released next year for their annual active games peak and active playerbase peak.

Votable Jester1 votesThe thing is, those who don't care a lot about whether they are in Dynamic Queue or Solo Queue will still switch over to Solo Queue as it will be slightly better for them (probably). Even though their preference is negligible, they will naturally pick whichever queue gives them the most control over their games.
BlâckLotus1 votesleague of legends as a game is a team game in a sense that you have a team but not in a sense that most people play as premades,the biggest portion of the community is solo players,if you ask me whether i would accept not having a solo queue but having split ladders (like the way it is in dota) i would be skeptical about it but it would surely be better than the way it is now.split ladders mean playing in the same queue but having a solo rank and a team rank.
