15% of AS reduced is just not enough against strong ADC... so I wonder if both item could be stacked as 25% or something that will slow down ADC? Can it also stacked with Malphite's Ground Slam too?

Zane Zephyr1 votesFH's AS reduction is an Aura and RO's is a unique passive, so yes, they do stack, and they also would stack with malph's E as well.
