Statikk shiv or RPD on sivir?

I know PD is good on her but I still build Statikk on her cause of the burst and (even) better waveclear. But lately I saw a lot pros build Rapid firecannon on sivir, and i guess they build it because it goes well with her passive (allows her to chase better when she has bigger range), but its giving up on some AS and aoe damage from statikk..

Does anyone else tried both and has an opinion on that?

Rapid is not good. Go stattik. That burst you get if it crits is just too high imo to ignore. Rapid fire cannon is useless unless you're just trying to poke every one a bit, and thats what sivirs Q is for.
