Rengar is a hot mess of champ post-rework
I've made a previous post about him, but now is a rant of sorts talking about the issues with him and how it is almost **TWO-FACED **of Riot to rework him like this but turn the other way when we talk about champions like 
and 
all of which could use buffs or reworks to make them competitive.
My issues with 
: Too much gapclose with 1 passive, WAY overloaded passive (3 different effects...), his Q hits too hard on too short a cooldown and not costing anything, CC immunity (the goal of an Assassin is attacking at the right moment, not plowing through all the CC in existence to reach your target), his ult gives too much mobility by itself.
The CC immunity really ticks me off more than others. I proposed a short CC Immunity on 's Q shield after they took away the silence to give him a 1.5 second window of attack, that was shot down by players and ignored by Riot. But now, Rengar has a 1.5 CC immunity and cleanse with a heal to boot; talk about some bogus balancing.
The gapclose is another major source of frustration for me: Mobility is something that should only exist in moderation. High mobility may look flashy but it really breaks the balance of the game. Supposedly if EVERYONE has it its not so bad, meanwhile there is 
drooling in a corner being utterly worthless because every champ has 3 dashes and 1 teleport...
I feel like Rengar has too much extra stuff in his kit these days and we NEVER SOLVED THE MAIN ISSUE PEOPLE HAVE WITH HIM! The issue is he can jump out of nowhere and 100-0 you in less than 1 second. He still does that and it makes it infuriating to fight him. You have to avoid all the bushes, ward everything and hope to god he doesn't ult and pick you... its a bit lame when a single champ effectively warps the entire battlefield around them (yeah, yeah pre-nerf Teemo Shrooms scaling with 80% of AP, I know).
I've taken to calling him "Rengay" as he no fun to play against and dying to him is not an outplay, its an outpick which flys in the face of champion balance.
