Looking for Jungle Kha'zix Advice

I've been playing a ton of jungle khaz lately (check out my match history, lol; so many losses). I'm still learning him a bit, but i think he's a lot of fun. I wanted to hear some tips from some people who play him a lot, particularly concerning his evolutions.

I feel like his evolutions are really strong, but that he's useless without them. Evolved Q gives him tons of damage, but without it i have a hard time assassinating. Evolved W is insane lane/seige presence, without it there's nearly no point in grouping with the team. Evolved E feels like a requirement, since w/out it i don't feel like i'm playing khaz and my ganks suck balls. Evolved R feels really, REALLY strong, but almost feels like a luxury compared to the other 3. Which evolutions do you guys take first? I've mostly been, on the advice i've heard, maxing W while evolving E first.

Evolutions on kha for me usually depend on if I'm ahead or behind. If I'm pretty far ahead by level 6, I will evolve wings if I am dishing out significant damage to get the resets. In almost any other situation it would probably be best to evolve the spikes for the strong slow it gives for securing kills. I never evolve the camp, usually claws as the last evolution. I got this Information from my higher-elo friends and personal experience, and I hope my input helped

I usually evolve Q and rush ghostblade, and then terrorize people with ghostblade + ulti. Then I evolve E for the resets. The last evolution depends on whether you want poke/stealth reveal (I think thats how it works) or more mobility (R).

If you see anyone thats isolated go in with ult and ghostblade and leap out. If thats too risky, leap or ult in and ult + ghostblade to get out.

Thats how I play kha.

My build is usually ghostblade, mobi boots, hydra, triforce, and 2 defensive items or 1 defensive item and last whisper.

i hadn't considered ghostblade, as i usually try to go for the (much more expensive) black cleaver. i'll try this out against teams that aren't supertanky, thanks!

The point of the build is to try to dive into the back line and delete the enemy carry, so it usually doesnt matter how tanky the rest of the team is as long as the carry isn't building full tank.

Thats how I play kha at least.

And btw make sure you use your hydra/taimat in fights, because it has alot of burst.

Used to go evolution for Q first, but it's more reliant on the laner than ever. If the target is heavily pushed out, you can pretty much garentee isolation(The total scaling, for those who don't know, is 2.6x bonus AD, so yeah, truck Qs)

The thing is, he really shouldn't be relying on evolutions, but he's kind of in that spot ATM. He still can work, but much more tradeoffs must be made to do much.
